WW2 Named to Mr. Otsuka Atsushi IJN Dress White Tunic

This Coat belonged to a Mr. Otsuka Atsushi (大塚 淳) He served as a navigator on the Battleship IJN Ise, Ise (Japanese: 伊勢, named after the ancient Ise Province) The Ise being the lead ship of her class and then he was transferred to the Akizuki class Destroyer IJN Yoizuki (宵月, "Evening Moon"). He would survive the war and lived the rest of his life in Japan until he died on July 5th 2011. This is an amazingly preserved example of the IJN Officers Whites Tunic.
